Find out more about us

The Villages at Homeland East (VHE) is a neighborhood of townhomes with an active homeowners' association to oversee and maintain the community. We are located in vibrant north central Baltimore, with easy access to the all of Baltimore and beyond.

Homeowners' Association for the Villages at Homeland - East

The Homeowners' Association (HOA) is lead by a Board of Directors consisting of five members from the community. Board elections are held every year.  However, each board member is elected by the homeowners to two (2) year terms.  Terms are alternating such that the entire Board is not up for re-election at the same time. Following each election, the board selects positions for each member based upon a board vote.
